Terms of sale

These terms apply to every digital product bought on Frame & Flow (frameandflow.site). Ticking the box on the order summary means you have read and accepted them.
1. Seller and contact
Seller: legal name, registration and address [to confirm]. Contact by email at hello@frameandflow.site; reply within 2 business days.
2. Products
The products are digital: Lessons 1, 2 and 4, the Prompt Pack and the everything bundle, as described with their prices on the pricing page. The Starter Kit file is given only with Lesson 1 or the bundle. Buyers of the Prompt Pack, Lesson 2 or Lesson 4 without Lesson 1 do not get the kit file.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Thai baht. A struck-through price is the sum of the parts’ real selling prices. Payment is through Stripe by PromptPay or card, with no fee added at payment. Receipts are emailed; tax invoices once the shop is VAT-registered [to confirm]. The PromptPay payee shows as STRIPE PAYMENTS (THAILAND) LTD.
4. Delivery
Access opens in your library as soon as the bank confirms the payment. You log in by email or Google so the access is tied to your account.
5. Lifetime purchase
Access lasts for the life of the website’s service, including new prompts or lessons added to the set you bought, at no charge. If the service ever closes, we will give notice and let you download every file.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Digital products are available immediately after payment, so there are no refunds, except where the law requires otherwise [to confirm]. System errors such as double charges are always refunded. Before buying you can try the free sample and the machine check.
7. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the package you bought.
- Clips made with the kit may be delivered to clients, paid commercial work included; the clips belong to you or your client.
- You may modify the files for your own use.
- The kit and prompts may not be resold, given away, shared, publicly uploaded or redistributed, in whole or in part, or turned into a similar product or course.
- You are responsible for the rights to the materials you use, such as photos, logos, fonts, music and voices.
- Third-party services (Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs) are subject to their own terms and fees.
8. Content protection
Each downloaded kit file carries the buyer’s email and order number, to trace unauthorised distribution. If we find a breach, we may suspend that account’s access.
9. Payment disputes
If a payment is disputed with the bank (chargeback) and the dispute ends in the buyer’s favour, the access for that order is withdrawn.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will date each version; an order keeps the version accepted at purchase. These terms are governed by Thai law.
